Position Title: Operations Manager
Education, Certifications, Licenses & Registrations: Minimum of an undergraduate degree,
related technical degree or at least ten (10) years of manufacturing management experience.
Experience: Five years in an operational position or equivalent
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Industrial and electrical knowledge is preferred.
General Description:
The development and implementation of plans that will yield continuous operational
improvements in terms of quality, on time delivery, profitability, and utilization of the company’s
physical and human assets.
Assist the General Manager as a key member of the management team in creating and
implementing company policies, procedures and business plans. Determining and providing the
resources in terms of people, materials, facilities, tools, and tooling necessary to meet or exceed
customer and company expectations. Responsible for the life cycle of all team members including
recruiting, development, evaluation, etc. Must have excellent written and oral communication
skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent.
